This 12,000-acre wilderness in Pisgah National Forest is home to stunning landmarks like Linville Falls, Table Rock, Hawksbill Mountain, and the Chimneys. With rugged terrain and elevations ranging from 1,300 to 4,120 feet, the gorge offers challenging hiking, mountain biking, and rock climbing. The Linville River winds through for 12 miles, with the iconic Linville Falls plunging 90 feet into the valley below.
