Heroes take on different forms, but one thing remains the same, a hero serves other people well, going above and beyond to meet their needs. The hospitality industry is no different, people give their all to serve the guests that walk through the doors of their hotels, restaurants, or attractions. Our spotlight today features Brooke Reid, the Multi-Unit Manager with Imagine One Hospitality (IOH). When you meet Brooke, "she is truly amazing and is the absolute picture of hospitality," said Sallie Long, Director of Hospitality & Special Events at Imagine One Hospitality. Follow along to hear more about Brooke and her dedication to serving others through the hospitality industry.
Brooke is a veteran in the hospitality industry with over 10 years of hands-on service experience. When asked about why she choose a career in the hospitality industry, Brooke describes herself as a "talkative person that loves food," so the industry felt like a perfect way to do something she loves and enjoys while making a living! Brooke became a member of the Imagine One Hospitality team in January 2020. She has worked in every position in the industry, from being a dishwasher to a manager, and everything in between. She loves a challenge and knows that each shift is always unique in the challenges it brings. Brooke has always found joy in serving others, and the hospitality industry allows her to be of service to her co-workers, her friends, her guests, and her community every single day.
