Price is for 2 Adults & 2 Children Nightly & Weekly Only.

Monthly Rate is for 1 or 2 Adults Only.(No children on monthly stays). 

Extra People $5.00 per Day or $100.00 per person monthly. Pet Fee for Monthly stays $50.00 per Dog Max 2 per site.

Two Dogs Per Site Nightly $5.00 per dog, per night (non-aggressive dogs only). No Pitt, Rottweiler, Bull Dog, German Shepherd, Chow, Doberman or mix of these breeds. 

No outside dog pins, houses, or wireless fences. Dogs can not be outside unattended. We are NOT A BARK PARK!

No Exotic Animals Allowed. 

Nightly $45.00 (2 night minimum on weekends for advance reservations only) 1 night if available for road traffic call on the way, you will need a gate code.

Weekly $270.00

Monthly $650.00 small 30amp Site, $700.00 for all others (Electirc included) if sites are available.

No Bounce Houses or Hot Tubs

There will be a fee for charging Electric Vehicles. 

No Refunds on Deposits.

Hookups include: electric, water, sewer and wi-fi.(wi-fi not guaranteed, it is a free service)

No cable TV and No Bathhouse.

Unit can not be older than 12 Years for monthly stays and must be in good condition.
