The Theater location is our most versatile with a rustic barn look on the outside, but an elegant, classic look on the inside. The Theater includes a full kitchen area, indoor and outdoor restrooms, a 32-foot-wide stage, chandeliers, and many more features. We can accommodate 250 guests in the Theater. Our Waterfall location was completed in 2012 and has been a popular site since. The area is nestled under tall trees, a private pond and bird sanctuary, and a steady stream of water flowing from a hand-laid farmer field rock embankment. The Waterfall location can accommodate up to 300 guests and includes our white folding chairs, sound system and full set up of the ceremony.The Old Homeplace was the original house on The Lail Farm. Built in the 1800s, the Old Homeplace offers a rustic, vintage feel and is great for pictures and ceremonies. The location offers many different views and angles, and we can accommodate almost any layout.The cupola-style Pavilion is our newest addition to the property. The covered shelter features twilight style lighting and outdoor speakers. It’s a great space for cocktail hour, dancing, socializing and even for a reception! The Pavilion can hold up to 200 guests. We now offer curtains to fit every bride’s vision! We can drape each column or cover all sides of the pavilion!The Ruth Ellen’s was built in 1954 and was the childhood home of our owner, Rex Lail. The house comes equipped with two living spaces, a full kitchen, two bedrooms, and a full bath. The Bridal Suite is close to many of our locations and offers a great space for the bridal party to dress, take photos and relax prior to the ceremony.
