Carolina Furfare: Medieval in the Mountains

Have you ever stood on the mountaintop and felt inspired by the majesty of the land around you? Or do you prefer to find yourself on a busy street, taking in the sights, smells, and activities of the city around you? Do you find a kind of magic when those two worlds collide? 

Carolina Furfare (previously known as Blue Ridge Furfare) is a convention inspired by its origin city of Asheville, NC, much like our mascots Petal, possum of the city, and her best squirrel friend Aster, the forest ranger, that represents a unique blend of those two worlds. A family-friendly celebration of those inspirations, CFF is devoted to the art, culture, and community of the furry fandom, Hickory, and the Blue Ridge Mountains!
