Market Manager Kim Bost said that the mission of the market is to be a “community hub providing fresh local food and artisan goods in the downtown area.” They aim to be a diverse, inclusive, and consistent source of fresh local goods.

We talked with regular visitor Huldah Bewley, and she recommends products from Tumbling Shoals and bread from Knob Hill Dairy + Micro Bakery. She loves the market’s social aspect, where she connects with friends every Saturday and has formed personal relationships with many vendors. She even learned how to crochet at the market!
